Blackout cards are crucial. Your goal is to dodge them, but play them against others. The first player to receive two Blackouts loses.
There are a variety of consequences that vary in difficulty - one is randomly picked at the beginning of the game and placed face down. The loser will find out their fate at the end by flipping it over. You as a group can determine which consequences you want in play. If all of you decide that one or two of them are a bit too much,
you can put them aside, we won't take it personally.

Defence cards are played throughout the game to protect you. These cards are valuable, as they can cancel or reverse the effect of a card played against you... Even on a Blackout card!
Blackout cards are crucial. Your goal is to dodge them, but play them against others. They are shuffled into the deck after everyone receives their hand of 5 cards, and are slowly acquired throughout the game. Play one in front of someone to make them finish the remainder of their beverage. Once someone receives two Blackout cards, they are the loser and must complete the consequence.
